Where to find license keys

Applicable DotwebApps commercial software licenses are associated with the relevant software purchase and customer account.

Start with the account used for the purchase #

Sign in to the same DotwebApps account that was used to purchase the software.

Depending on the product and the current account interface, license information may be available from the relevant account, order, purchase, or license area. The exact wording and location can vary as the site and individual products evolve, so use the license information shown for the specific software purchase rather than relying on a fixed menu name.

The license information you use should correspond to the DotwebApps product and license tier you purchased.

Keep license keys confidential #

Treat a software license key or equivalent license information as confidential.

Do not:

• post a license key publicly
• include it in public screenshots
• share it in forums or public messages
• expose it in documentation, videos, or other public content

When contacting support, provide the relevant order or product information needed to identify the purchase. Never send passwords, private keys, API secrets, or unrelated credentials.

License tier and activation limits #

Activation limits depend on the purchased software license tier. DotwebApps standard production activation limits are finite and differ between Single Site, Multi-Site Commercial, and Resell Rights + White-Label licenses.

Membership is separate from software licensing. A Free, Pro Annual, or Pro Lifetime membership does not replace the individual software license purchased for a product, and a membership discount does not change that license’s rights or activation limit.

If you cannot find the expected license information #

First confirm that:

1. you are signed in to the correct DotwebApps account
2. the relevant software purchase or order is associated with that account
3. you are looking at the license information for the correct DotwebApps product

If the expected license information is still unavailable, contact DotwebApps support with the relevant order and product information so the purchase can be identified.
