Eligible software products are DotwebApps software products specifically included in the Pro membership discount program.
Not every DotwebApps product, service, or add-on is necessarily eligible for the Pro discount.
Who can receive the discount #
Eligible Pro Annual and Pro Lifetime members receive 50% off eligible DotwebApps software products while their membership is applicable.
Free Member does not receive the Pro 50% software discount.
What is not automatically eligible #
Professional services and add-ons are not included in the software discount unless explicitly stated otherwise.
This may include services such as installation, customization, branding, deployment, app configuration, payment gateway configuration, migration, hosting assistance, and other professional or custom services.
How to confirm whether a product is eligible #
When signed in to your DotwebApps account with an active eligible Pro membership, rely on the price displayed on the product page or at checkout to confirm the applicable member discount.
If you expect a discount but do not see one, first verify that you are signed in to the correct account and that your eligible membership is active. If the expected discount still does not appear, contact DotwebApps support for assistance.
Eligibility does not change software license rights #
Membership and software licensing are separate.
A member discount changes the applicable purchase price of an eligible software product; it does not change the software license rights. Those rights are determined by the license purchased for that individual product.
