Single Site license

The Single Site Personal / Business license is intended for one production installation or site for the purchaser’s own personal or business use.

What the Single Site license allows #

Under this license, you may use the purchased software on one production site. Where the product includes source code, the applicable source code is included with the product.

You may customize the software for your own permitted use. Where the product allows branding changes, you may also apply your own branding for that permitted use.

The standard production activation limit is 1 production activation.

Local, staging, or test environments may be treated differently where the approved DotwebApps licensing configuration permits it. This does not change the one-production-site limit of the Single Site license.

What the Single Site license does not allow #

The Single Site license does not include standalone resale rights for the software.

It should not be treated as an unlimited-domain, unlimited-client, transferable, or reseller license. If your use requires multiple production installations or resale rights, a different license tier may be required.

License duration, updates, and support #

Standard DotwebApps commercial software uses a one-time perpetual software usage license. This means the software usage right does not automatically expire simply because the included updates and support period ends, provided the license remains otherwise valid.

The standard model normally includes one year of updates and support. Continued updates or support after that period may require renewal where applicable.

Membership discounts do not change license rights #

DotwebApps membership and software licensing are separate. If you purchase the software at a member-discounted price, the discount affects the purchase price only. It does not expand the rights of the Single Site license.
