Subscription renewals

Pro Annual is a paid annual recurring DotwebApps membership. It renews annually unless cancelled, according to the subscription terms that apply to the membership.

What renewal means for Pro Annual #

Renewal keeps the Pro Annual membership active according to the applicable subscription terms. Customers should refer to the account, order, or subscription information associated with their membership for current renewal details.

DotwebApps does not use one renewal rule for every type of customer purchase, so renewal prices, billing dates, grace periods, failed-payment handling, and similar details should be confirmed from the applicable subscription or order information rather than assumed.

Pro Lifetime and Free Member do not renew in the same way #

Pro Lifetime is a one-time paid lifetime membership. It does not have a recurring membership renewal fee.

Free Member is a no-cost membership level and therefore has no paid subscription renewal.

Membership renewal is separate from software licensing #

A DotwebApps membership and a software license are separate.

Purchasing Pro Annual does not convert your software purchases into annual rental licenses. Standard DotwebApps commercial software may use a separate model consisting of:

• a one-time perpetual software usage license, and
• one year of updates and support

When that included updates/support period ends, an otherwise valid perpetual software usage license does not automatically expire. Continued updates or support may require renewal where applicable.
