By accessing or using the applications, tools, and services provided by DotWeb Apps (a registered trade name of the parent entity NAZIR SUBREENA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our software.

1. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials contained within our applications are the exclusive property of DotWeb Apps and its parent entity, NAZIR SUBREENA. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Application Code: The underlying source code, architecture, and framework of all mobile and web software.
  • Logic & Algorithms: Mathematical models, clinical calculator logic, and artificial intelligence prompt structures.
  • Brand Assets: Logos, designs, user interface elements, and the overall visual identity.

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercialization of any proprietary assets is strictly prohibited and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our medical and creator utility tools strictly for lawful, educational, and reference purposes only. You shall not utilize our software to engage in illicit activities, propagate malicious code, bypass intended monetization mechanisms, or attempt to compromise the integrity and security of the applications.

3. Medical Disclaimers

Not Professional Medical Advice: The clinical calculators, assessment tools, and any generated outputs within our software are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

DotWeb Apps makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of its tools. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
